Collection & Delivery

*Cakes can be self-collected at Fernvale Link.
*Delivery service, provided by a
courier company, is also available.
*Delivery time are as stated below:
-Weekdays: 9am-1pm / 2pm-6pm
-Saturday: 9am-1pm / 2pm-5pm
-Sunday and eve of public holidays: 9am-1pm / 2pm-4pm
*Please note that there will be a delivery charge of $25 per
location.
*Ecupcakes shall not be responsible for any late delivery or
failure to deliver the products due to anforeseen cirumstances.
*We reserves the right to accept/reject any orders, including
request for specific time deliveries.

How to handle the cake

(1) Buttercream or Chocolate Ganached Frosted Cakes
* Cakes should be chilled or stored at room temperature in a cool and dry place. Remove from refrigerator at least 20mins before eating.
(2) Mascarpone / Cream Cheese / Fresh Whipped Cream Frosted Cakes
* Cakes should be chilled and removed from fridge at least 20mins before eating.
(3) Fondant/Marzipan Topped Cakes & Sugarpaste / Gumpaste Decorations
* No refrigeration needed. Cakes should be stored in an air-conditioned or a cool and dry room. Cakes should be stored in an airconditioned room if the weather turns wet and humid.
